Where do we get our rights and our freedom?

I have a Question?   Where do we get our rights and our freedom? Do they come from God or do they come from the government? Should we be governed by God’s laws or should we bow the head to government’s unjust laws? I cannot answer for others but my answer for me is that my rights and my freedom are God given. My life, my health, my sustenance and all that I need are from God therefore I need only to thank God for my very being and to Him only I will bow.

If government grants your rights and freedoms then government can take them away.

What God gives is forever.

Romans 6:23
for the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

When government controls a person’s life when a person has to bow and plead with the government for their needs they are not living in freedom but in slavery!

People who observe and keep God’s laws need not fear or keep the laws established by wicked and sinful men.

Unjust laws made by unjust men are made to be broken when they conflict with God’s laws.

29 Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said we ought to obey God rather than men.

Acts 5:29 KJV
To have freedom one must seek the truth, know the truth and live by the truth
Who is the truth? What is the way? And how should I live my life?
John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
So to be free we should seek Jesus know Him in a personal way and live our lives by His perfect example.

As I look at my country today

As I look at my country today I see very little resemblance to the America of the 1940’s and 1950’s that I grew up in. I pray for America to return to the qualities of good morals, honesty, integrity and the freedoms that made us the most blessed of countries and the envy of the entire world. A time that children were taught the Word of God and to honor our country and respect its flag in their homes, in the schools and in the public places of the communities they lived in. In those days people were not afraid to speak publically of their faith and trust in God they were not ashamed of saying the pledge of allegiance in the school houses and all other public places they flew the American flag the symbol of our freedom high above their homes in American pride. My heart’s desire and prayer is that America will be reborn to the exact image that it was created in and the likeness it once had that it will return to the founding principles and the constitution established by our forefathers. I desire to see America a bright shining light of hope in this world of darkness that it used to be. If this is your desire also please listen to this short music video clip say a prayer for our country and share this music video with someone else.

The world looks for a savior to save them from the mess they are in

The world looks for a savior to save them from the mess they are in, but a savior cannot come from the human race of men.

He cannot be a dictator who forces upon the people his own evil will keeping them under his control by his willingness to kill

A savior cannot come from politics or be voted into this high power; we cannot elect a person to save us from this tribulation hour.

We don’t need to bow to dictators who force us to be slaves. Electing Republicans or Democrats cannot save us from our sins and keep us from our graves.

What then shall we do to find a savior before our life is through? Absolutely nothing all is not lost for God provided His only begotten Son a savior to the world at the greatest cost.

Jesus is not forced upon us, He will not rule by force if we are to be saved we must listen to his loving voice.

God provided us a savior long before the world began, the world and all that’s in it belongs to Him, and He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords to be our savior He longs to be.

He wants to solve our problems and set our nation free, but we can only receive Him by our individual choice.
