God is God of many chances

Some say that God is a God of second chances.

 But I say God is God of many chances.

From the day of our birth we begin our walk through life.

Some days of sorrow some of sickness some of pain some of strife.

But thank God there is also some of happiness some of bliss some of joy.

 But all are given for us to enjoy.

 Most of life is good we can be happy and carefree.

By faith we can even rejoice in the things we cannot yet see.

 But some is bad because we have enemies all along the way

That wants to destroy the good and ruin our day.

 There is the devil that tempts us to fall and wants us to fail.

All is not calm on this ship of life that we sail.

There are humans by what they say and things that they do

 They are always trying to hurt me and you.

 Yes even our inner self presses us daily to make choices that are wrong.

  Its only when we walk hand in hand with God through each passing day

That we receive the strength to defeat our enemies along the way.

Because it’s in walking in the joy of the Lord that makes us live in His strength our lives being strong.

And so it is in our walk of life one day dies and carries with it all of our triumphs and failures all our sins and mistakes into history past.

 A new day lives with new choices we have new opportunities to break from all that hinders us keeping us from living a life of victory a life in the perfect will and blessings of God.

We can live in harmony with our creator a life that will forever last.

 

 Yes He is a God of many chances giving us breath to live in each new day.

 Opportunities to make changes of the way we live at the dawning of each New Year.

Chances to receive His forgiveness of all our sinful ways

 We all have many Chances to have all our sins forgiven forever throughout all of our days.

 Those things that have long kept us separated from Him.

By His love and compassion He wants to cleanse us from all of them.

Chances to have our slate wiped clean made white as snow

 Without spot or blemish everything made clear.

By the washing of His holy word and the blood of Jesus all our sins will go.

Here we are again beginning a brand New Year and how we live it is up to me and you.

The old is gone and faded out of sight. 

We have another chance to live it all wrong or live it all right.

The fact that we made it this far proves that God is not finished with us yet

He is not through working on us let us not ever forget...

God has done His part.

God has given us all a brand new start.

 It’s up to us to give it our best.

 And leave in God’s hands all of the rest.

Almighty God Father of all creation creators of all life creators of all that is all that was and all that will ever be.

The God of many chances is extending His never ending love every second every minute every hour every day every month every year. We are His master piece in His heart He holds us dear.

His hands outstretched in mercy and grace He sacrificed His only begotten Son to save the human race. Jesus lay down His life for the sins of you and me.

God put us on earth He gave us good laws to live by but most of us have rejected His commandments the keeping of not even one we don’t even try.

God hates wickedness and sin In His kingdom of heaven He will not allow it in.

That’s why He pronounced death and judgment to all who rebel all wickedness and sin is cast into a devils ever burning Hell.

Yes He is a God of many chances but there is a day when His mercy and grace will end. His righteous laws for no one He will never bend.

There is a cut off day a breaking point a point of no return.  Anyone and anything that’s not cleansed by the blood of Jesus is going to burn.

If we have awakened to this New Year it is not too late for us if His voice we will hear.

We have another chance to be forgiven of all our sins. We have another chance to repent.

Last year is gone along with the wages of sin we have paid. Wasted lives we have spent.

We have reached the point of no return when in death our grave we are laid.

2 Corinthians 6:2

For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

Christmas is life’s greatest holiday

Christmas is life’s greatest holiday. Celebrate it rightly by keeping Jesus Christ in your Christmas. If you leave Him out of your celebrations you have no Christmas, because Jesus is the reason for celebrating Christmas.

The birth of our Lord Jesus Christ proved that God loved us so much that He was not willing to let us perish in our sins without giving us a way out.

 2 Peter 3:9

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

 I at one time lived my life in sin and even a bit of wickedness and would have continued until I died in sin and perhaps much more wickedness if Gods love was not greater than my sins.

John Chapter 3

¹⁶For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

¹⁷For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

 1 Timothy 1:15

This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

The death of our Lord Jesus Christ on a cross of death confirmed how much God loves us and how far He would go to save us from the consequences of our sins. I know that the world is looking for and many are expecting a savior to come in our present time to save us from our sin created mess .Some even look at the present president of the United States as if he were a savior. But the fact is there will never be another savior of mankind. Jesus Christ was the first and only savior that God will ever send. He still is and will always be a savior of the peoples of the world.

Jesus is the only one, who can save us from the results of our sins by,

 Colossians 2:14

Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

The resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ from the cold dark grave of death validated His power over life, death and the grave.

Luke Chapter 24
6 He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee,

⁷ Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.

When Jesus came forth out of deaths grave He proved to me His power to save sinners like me.

And when I was faced with two ways to live and two ways to die I chose to live in Jesus. I chose life over death.

I accepted Jesus as my saviour from the consequences of my sins to be free.

That is why I celebrate the birth of Jesus on Christmas day. He is the only one my debt of sin can pay.

He is the only one in this world of sin and strife that can give me hope of enduring life.

Christmas is life’s greatest holiday. Celebrate it rightly by keeping Jesus Christ in your Christmas. If you leave Him out of your celebrations you have no Christmas, because Jesus is the reason for celebrating Christmas.

What I am thinking today…

I am thinking how backward our society has become in today’s America.

We were all born into this world in the same way. We had nothing and we owned nothing. Our earthly father took the tiny seed of life that God created inside of him and merged it with the tiny seed of life that God created inside of our mothers. God breathed into our tiny bodies his breath of life and we were born tiny helpless babies dependent upon our father, our mother and most of all God, because without His breath of life we would not live.

We had no other choice but to depend on father and mother for the things we needed to sustain us for a period of our lives.

When we grew up and became men and women we were supposed to begin depending on ourselves for what we need and on God for what we cannot provide for ourselves.

It seems to me over the past few years that more and more young people have become reluctant to leave the home of father and mother continuing to depend on them. And certainly most in this generation have turned their back on God refusing to seek Him for anything.

The majority of Americans now seem to be looking to our elected politicians and federal government to provide for them their every need. This way of thinking and attitudes of many people in America today are way out of line with Gods purpose and plan for our lives.

Depending on government and growing it bigger and bigger to meet our ever demanding wants and desires have thrown us and our country way off balance from Gods original plan for us.

Dependence on government will fail you at some point all governments collapse. Dependence on politicians or any other human will eventually fail you at some point they will forsake you and leave you wanting.

If we are ever to see an answer to our personal problems and the collective problems in America we are going to have to stop our reverse trend get back on the course God planned for us and our country. We are going to have to start putting our trust is God again and moving forward with God again.

We are going to need to seek God to give us wisdom to use our own God given talents to provide our needs and the needs of our family. Using our God given talents will take us as high and as far as we desire to go in life and will always be sufficient in providing our needs.

From birth God has given us all a measure of faith to be placed in Him and talents to be used for his glory and our good.

If I knew that today was my last day on earth and I would be making my last statement to the world I have lived in for the past 72 years.

I would say it pays to love God with whole heart, mind, body and soul. It pays to trust God in every second of your life. It pays to use every talent God has given you for Gods glory and your own good.

I would say it pays to serve God every step of the way.

The rewards are a happy rich full life blessed with all you need and all that is good in life without end, because when it’s time for your departure all that you were, who you were and how you lived will live on confirming Gods love, Gods mercy and God’s grace to all.

Christmas is Jesus Christ

But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another

But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

I have thought a lot about the outcome of the 2012 presidential election. Many Americans prayed for a different outcome many worked hard giving their time money and efforts in hopes of seeing a different leadership in America. But in the end nothing really changed those in charge remained the same as it has been for the past four years. It appears that we will have the same bad government making bad decisions for America the next four years.

Why is this I thought? Did not God hear our prayers? Did not God see that what is happening in our government is hurting and destroying our country? Does not God see the division of our peoples? And does He not care that we need a president and government body that will unite our country and lead us in the direction that is best for all of us?

As I read my Bible and meditated on its words I heard the voice of God speaking deep inside me saying, Yes I heard your prayers, yes I see how the division in America is breaking your heart, yes I care about all the people I created and America that I raised up and set a bright shining light of hope among the peoples of the world.

I have richly blessed America above all the nations of the world an example of all the good I shower upon people who love me and live by my word.

But my people have not done as  I have asked them to do. Have not I promised, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14

In past generations when Israel the first of God’s chosen nations rebelled against the word of God lived in sin and became wicked. God in His great love for them punished them in order to turn them back to righteous lives.

All nations that have forgotten God and His righteous laws have paid a terrible price of great cost while living in their foolish and sinful ways.

The Holy Bible tells us of some of the punishments God used to bring His people back into a right relationship with Him.

1.      There are Evil and bad Kings ruling over them

2.      There are Storms and frightening weather conditions.

3.      There are Earth quakes.

 

4.      There are Destroyed economies

5.      There are ruthless enemies defeating them in battle bringing them into captivity and slavery.

Are we so blind that we cannot see these things happening in America right now!

Would it not be better if we as a nation repented and returned to a right relationship with God who loves us, but must punish us because He hates sin and cannot stand the sight of wickedness?

Would it not be better if we returned to the blessings and prosperity of the greatest nation in the world rather than than receiving Gods judgment, punishment and curse along with the rest of this ungodly world?

You may live any way you want you may do anything you choose God gave you that right.

I’m just here to tell you that nothing will get better in America until we repent of our sins and return to a right relationship with God!!!

For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

What if ?

Genesis 18:19-33

²⁰ And the Lord said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous;

²¹ I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know.

God spoke to Abraham and told him that he was grieved and angry with what He saw in the cities of Sodom and Gomorra. He said He was going to destroy the cities and the people in them.

Abraham began to pray to God for their salvation asking God not to destroy the cities if 50 righteous people were found in them.

God promised Abraham not to pour His wrath out upon them if 50 righteous people were found there. God continued to look and He didn’t find 50 righteous people,45,30,20 in the wicked cities. Abraham continued to pray for Gods mercy as he lowered his count to just 10 righteous people.

There were not even 10 righteous people found there, so God destroyed the wicked cities.

What if God looked upon the United States of America and saw what He saw in the Cities of Sodom and Gomorrah?

What if God was so grieved and angry at the sin and wickedness He saw in America He decided to destroy this wicked country?

What if God spoke to His prophets and ministers telling them of His decision to destroy America because of its people’s vileness and wickedness?

What if God’s prophets and ministers prayed for America’s salvation and still the masses of people refused to hear God’s word?

What if America continued to rebel against all the stop signs God has placed before it and continue down the broad way of destruction?

Would God find enough truly righteous people in America to cause Him to turn away His wrath and change His mind?

Other peoples have tasted God’s wrath and judgment for a lot less than what He sees going on in America.

Can we expect to see His patience, mercy and grace continue with us while we as a nation continue to get more wicked with each passing day?

There is a point of no return with God are we near it? Or have we already crossed over it?

Would God find enough truly righteous people in America to turn His wrath away and change His mind?

No matter what’s happening in our country and our world today God is still in control and everything will be all right for those who make themselves aware of it and trust God for the outcome.

In the spring of 2012 I was in the hospital near death and undergoing serious surgery to save my life. I was taken into the presence of God and our Lord Jesus Christ. I was told of the terrible tribulation and depressive times that were coming to America and the world in few days. I was told that these days would be much more disastrous than the great depression of the 1930’s and 1940’s. I was told that it was not my time to leave the earth at that time the purpose I was being sent back was  to warn my family, friends and all who will listen and help prepare them to endure survive and overcome the tragedies they will face in the coming days.  This is the first message that I told my wife and all family members who were present in my hospital room after I was returned from the intensive care recovery room at the hospital.

I know that some of you may think that what I post on Facebook and my other blog sites is just the crazy ravings of an old man who has lost his senses. But I assure you not so… take a close look around you start preparing yourselves for much worse days to come, because they are coming to America and the world we live in and God has provided for our safety during these days if we will accept it.

Matthew 24:21

For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Is there hope that our problems can be resolved and fixed?

 

I heard president Obamas speech today and received no hope from it.

I am preparing my family to face the worst hard times that we have ever seen. The greatest tribulation that the world has ever seen is just about to spring upon us.

 By the many votes cast for this administration it seems that many in this country think that four more years given to it will solve our problems and fix what is wrong with this nation.

I say it is not going to happen. I think those who voted their hope in this president and this party to fix things has been badly fooled. I think this election has sealed the fate of America to face the wrath of God. I think the voters have removed us from the blessings the mercy and the grace of God that we once knew and nothing aside from our country returning to God in humbleness repenting and calling upon God for His mercy and grace to be returned to us will fix our problems.

 How can we expect a holy and righteous God to continue blessing a nation who has elected a party and a leader who have taken His name out of their platform and work to shut Him out of our government and public life? How can we expect God to bless a nation who has chosen policies that are an abomination in His sight?

Has Almighty God creator of the universe the heavens and the earth all living things all that was, is and ever will be changed His policy and laws regarding His creation?

Does He now condone and accept killing of His innocent helpless little babies in the mother’s womb? Does He now accept and condone changing his rule of marriage for male and female to alternate life styles? Does God now remove His command for us to be sober and vigilant and replace it with mind altering drugs? 

 God hasn’t changed His word it remains the same yesterday today and forever!  His blessings are only promised to those who love Him and keep his commandments.

Is there hope that His blessings will return to America? Is there hope that our problems can be resolved and fixed? Yes but only under His conditions!

2 Chronicles 7:14

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
