Do we want to live or die? Its our call!

As I look around the internet some secular news outlets signs posted in the front yards of some neighborhoods and various businesses many of these Christian but then some just concerned citizens worried about our country’s fall from those things that once kept it a strong moral great nation unlike any other on earth. I see one verse of scripture spoken and published more than any other directed to the people of America.

It is a verse that I believe God has impressed within my own heart and mind during these past months that prompts me to grieve because of the way I see my fellow countrymen going. My heart is deeply burdened for the salvation of America and I spend much time in prayer for my country and its people.

That scripture verse is: 2 Chronicles 7:14

King James Version (KJV)

¹⁴ If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

God’s 10 commandments along with this verse of scripture are now appearing on billboards on the sides of buildings and in store front windows in various places.

It seems to me that I am not the only pastor that God impresses His word for these troubled days upon but He is moving the hearts of Christian and non-Christian alike to spread His last warning message to the American people.

I am very concerned that we have only a short time left to heed Gods call to repentance and acceptance of His mercy and grace before we as a nation pass over that point of no return to receive His judgment and wrath poured out upon America without mercy for the sins that are being boldly committed against God and one another.

How we deal with these sins and God’s offer of mercy and grace is our choice but how God deals with our failure to repent is Gods.

There are stop signs and traffic lights on every roadway and street in our country but if we reject them and drive against their warning then the consequences are ours to suffer.

God has given us , the answer to the healing and salvation of our nation but do we want to live or die? Its our call!
